Bruce Lang

Born in New York City, Bruce Lang has had a love for singing and playing several instruments for most of his life. Growing up in a musical family, he developed a respect and love for various styles of music, which is apparent with his diverse repertoire. For the twelve years prior to his move to North Carolina, Bruce was a member and leader of The Dixie Doughboys, a very popular Western Swing band in the New York area.Expect to hear favorites from “The Great American Songbook” as made popular by Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennet, and Bing Crosby. Bruce also features classics from the 60’s and 70’s, such as The Beatles, The Hollies, Elton John, Billy Joel, Van Morrison & James Taylor. As well as his live musical performing, Bruce operates Big Creek Recording, a popular, local recording studio.
